The material is machine washable and dryer safe, but we ask that you remove any access fluid from the fabric before washing.
Before Use
Before use for the first time, it is recommended to wash the sheets. Colours may bleed slightly, so wash separately from other garments. As this contains oil protection, we recommend only washing at 60°C (140°F) and drying at 100°C (212°F) to increase the duration of the oil protection.
Laying
Lay the flat sheet on the bed, floor, or sofa or any place you want to do the nuru massage. You may now use it for its intended purpose. The waterproof material will not absorb the gel, and you will notice it slides freely along the surface.
Nuru Massage

After Use
Before washing, wipe away excess liquid from the sheet. The waterproof bedding does not absorb liquids, so it may stay on the material even after washing. If using a Nuru Massage Gel product, it is essential to wipe any excess off as the crystals will reactivate with water.
